Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope and dedication. I work by project (strategy, setup) or monthly retainer (operations, fractional). We'll discuss your specific case on the call.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, 100% remote. I can do occasional in-person sessions if you're in Spain, but day-to-day is online.
How long does a project last?
Strategy projects: 4-8 weeks. Operations/fractional: minimum 3 months to see real results. I don't do 1-week projects.
Can you start now?
I usually have 1-2 weeks margin before starting a new project. If you're in a rush, let me know and we'll try to work it out.
Do you work with any startup?
Only with B2C startups of 1-20 employees. I don't work with corporates, agencies, or projects without minimum traction.
What if we're not a fit?
No problem. The initial call is precisely for that. If I can't help you, I'll tell you directly, and if I can, I'll recommend someone more suitable.
